Ultimate Styles Dental Lab is by far the most knowledgeable certified dental laboratory that I've had a pleasure of working with in my nearly 25 years of doing aesthetics and comprehensive treatments. I wanted to thank Hiro in particular as he has been consistent with my cases, especially the most recent one that we did in Katana. I highly recommend him and others at Ultimate Styles for difficult and challenging cases. Again, thank you Hiro for doing such an awesome work with my cases, you're truly an artist.

Very poor work , Im a dentist my self and it was very unpleasant experience dealing with Naoki ,, I did anterior teeth 6-11 ( my own case ) and the result was very disappointing. First , the communication is terrible , I drive from San Diego to his lab in Orange County twice ,, and whatever we discuss he totally forgets it , the wax up needed to be done 3 times , and after we agreed on the try in , he said it will take 3 weeks for the crowns to be finished ,, I waited 90 days and when I contacted them asking about my case , I found out they totally forgot it , and wanted me to wait another 30 days , total of 3.5 months for 6 crowns, and of course all the time Im wearing temporary splinted crowns and the gum underwent sever irritation and recession that require me to seek periodontal Treatmrnt,, and finally when I received the crowns, they looked so fake , no natural look at all even though he charges 9 times more any other local lab ,, I expressed my disappointment and send them pics of the final product and requested the crowns to be redone ,, they totally neglected my concerns and they kept sending me the invoice , 6 K for 6 crowns,, I finally told Loui his manager I need the work to be redone before I pay that ,Im the dentist and the patient and Im totally unsatisfied with the outcome ,, they literally emailed me that Naoki refuse to discuss the case unless I paid in full even though Im wearing the crowns temporarily giving my gum chance to heal as directed by my periodontist,, it should be noted that I paid 1200$ for just wax try in ,, they insisted to pay them the full fees before even taking to me ,, ive been a dentist for 16 years and I never experienced such horrible situation with the lab . This is the worse experience I had with any dental lab

I just completed my 3 year journey with my dentist and orthodontist and cosmetic dentistry (6 veneers and 2 dental implants). My dentist works with this lab and specifically Naoki Hayashi. I travelled from NYC to his Irvine Office because my teeth were very difficult and I wanted my teeth to look beautiful and natural looking and WOW! His dental lab and work is incredible. Very detailed. I couldnt be happier. This is the best thing I did for myself and my self esteem. Thank you Naoki and his team. I am grateful.
