Woodbridge apartments has been home to us for over 10 years! In fact, we moved out in 2016 to come right back until present. We have also tried other apartments and none have come close to making us feel at home. In addition, the management, service and sales teams have always taken care of all of our needs in a respectful and timely fashion. The extraordinary level of personalized professionalism and concierge-level care from the Management Team here is unparalleled! We suddenly discovered on a late Friday afternoon that our refrigerator had stopped working - everything in the freezer had already thawed, and refrigerated food was warm. Dismayed, we called the maintenance team, who came and inspected it, and --BEFORE 45 MINUTES HAD PASSED, HAD A NEW REFRIGERATOR HOOKED UP AND INSTALLED, with the old one removed! Imagine! Before 45 minutes had passed, on a late Friday afternoon, our refrigerator was replaced with a brand new one! We want to take this opportunity to personally thank Silvio and Manny for their exceptional care in taking care of such an impactful, unexpected emergency --- if left unattended, could have been disastrous. Silvio and Manny are experts who go out of their way to ensure that every resident receives prompt and thorough assistance. Silvio and Manny, we cannot thank you enough! Management and Maintenance here work like a perfectly synchronized machine. Every member of the exceptionally professional staff is warm and gracious, and the community itself here is beautiful, clean, quiet, safe and very well-protected. Soha has done everything possible to ensure that our residence here is like a dream come true, even seeing to it that unique family needs were accommodated professionally, thanks to Soha's personal care and attention. This community is truly unlike any other in the area, with concierge-level, personalized attention and guidelines that ensure a safe and beautiful environment for everyone.
