Granted they are understaffed at 1am and aren't expecting a night owl like me to camp out for a few hours, ive been here on four separate occasions and they aren't really all that great at keeping my drinks topped off. Ive been to a number of other Denny's, and they are much better at keeping my drink filled than this location. If I order just a drink and pull out a pen and paper you can expect me to be here for a while, asking only for a refill.
That being said it could be much worse in customer service. I think grading them as 'poor' is a bit harsh, but 'fair' would be an appropriate review on customer service.
