Burgers are always a plus here. Service was fast and food was hot. Got there an hour before our movie which started at around 8. We were in and out to make the movie with 15 minutes to spare. Thank you!

Came here for dinner before watching Starwars at Edwards. They gave me the wrong burger and when i called our server over, whom was very nice, the manager proceeded to interrupt and ask him to do something esle while the waiter was listening to my concerns abt my order being wrong. I had ordered the southern charm burger and instead got a regular burger with teriyaki sauce slapped on the bun. The manager turns to speak to me and i mention that this is the wrong burger from what ive ordered, and he argues with me saying that this burger, as pictured is in fact their southern charm burger. I tell the manager that this is not a regular Southern Charm burger, as i go to Red Robbin twice a month with family (which is in fact very true). He continues to stand at my booth and tell me that the burger is correct. After arguing and mentioning that i no longer want to eat here and i will never come back to this particular Red Robin, he finally apologies and takes the plate back. The management here is unbelievable, but our waiter Jon was amazing and very kind.
