        Definitely pissy!! Horrible customer service, starts with the manager and goes top down. This manager was transfered to the Warner club in September and that transfer will probably work out fine as they (Warner) are not very friendly or customer service oriented either. I only come here for a wonderful yoga class on Fridays with Carol. The other three days of the week I go to LA Fitness. If you want a really friendly and customer service oriented 24 Hour club go the 24 Hour on Main & Brookhurst Huntington Beach-top down great customer service..
