        I've been training at Evolve Gym for a few months now. I started out on their Trainer Roulette program (which was amazing) and ended up working with Brad (the owner) directly. Their semi-private training options were perfect for my needs and my budget. Brad keeps me accountable without beating me up if I miss the mark. My overall strength has greatly improved and I'm losing weight like crazy. Best yet, I'm making huge improvements in ice hockey - which is really what this is all about, right? Thanks, Brad and Evolve Gym!

        Evolve General Manager, Brad who is also a trainer is very nice and was very helpful. He definitely pushed me to my limits every time! The gym had all the equipment I needed and they also have this crazy technology called EMS Training that was invented in Germany. I tried the suit to workout and I absolutely LOVE LOVE it. Not sure how to describe it, you just have to experience it for yourself. I would highly recommend this place :D
