Wear a full face of makeup when you go in or youll be followed around the store by the manager, giving you dirty looks the entire time. The workers were helpful but the manager radiates mean girl energy.

The customer service here is very bad, Im new in the country and I had always wanted to go to a Sephora store so I made my account I was researching for a long time so I was excited to go also that day it was my birthday. So I went to the store trying to find out what I wanted and what I needed to have all the basics, Nobody helped me, they just made bad faces. However, I didn't buy anything because no one helped me and when I tried to exchange my free gift for my birthday, they made a very bad face and asked me a lot of questions and I felt like I was doing something wrong. The policy says that you should not make a purchase to redeem your gift (plus they are small samples, it is not a gift) I don't know why they made so much drama in order to give me a sample, maybe it is wrong not to buy and only exchange my gift?? but that was also something that made me want to visit the store. I thought that they cared about encouraging their customers with samples on their birthdays. Anyway, I regretted having done it, and that day I lost all of my interest in the store and I had no desire to return.
