SEPHORA at Kohl's

Went to their today and ask the big and tall girl a question she was really Rude. Like come on you don't Need a college degree to work here. She made me feel really uncomfortable I'm going to shop a Ulta beauty instead. I wonder how they pass the interview and get a job with NO customer service skills. Hiring managers need to work on your skills and hire people that are polite to customers before the store lose all of their customers. I take money and spend it else where.

Brought my daughter in looking for some skincare. Briana was very helpful, asked great questions and listened to my daughter. Clean, organized and the customer service was exceptional.

I love this store and shop here SO much, but I will not be going back anymore. I'm such an avid customer my husband actually surprised me with a shopping spree for kohls and sephora right before our first baby is due. I spent hours on the website preparing a list of all the things I wanted. I was so excited! Until I went in and was profiled, followed thru the store by a random unidentified man, and made to feel that I had somehow done something wrong. Not to mention when the random man that was following me (a very pregnant woman by myself) finally decided to approach me I actually had to ask him if he was an employee - very professional... He never stated who he was or why he was following me until I came out and asked him. No other "employees", identified as such or not, ever approached me, spoke to me, or let me know of this supposed new rule they had. I was, and am still, so upset by the way I was made to feel that I am currently in contact with sephora to enquire how we can get our money removed from the gift card because i do not want to give them any more of my money at this point. They made what was supposed to be a really fun, positive experience into a complete disaster. Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Wish I could leave zero stars.
