I had received 4 other estimates for air conditioning and heating in my home when Mark, the owner of Suncoast Air, came by to give me his estimate. But first he inspected the attic and existing old heater, and AC unit.
I was impressed with Mark's product knowledge and the level of detail that he shared with me regarding what my house needed and the efficiencies I would realize based on different systems available. I felt confident that he not just trying to sell me the most expensive or Highest Efficiency system.
Suncoast Air was not the lowest estimate nor the highest. Mark was very patient with me asking many questions, which made me feel very comfortable with the Trane AC system he helped design for our home.
The Install Crew showed up on time and ready to work. Tito, the crew lead, was very professional and took care of our home by covering all of our new carpet while working, vacuumed and left our house spotless when they were finished. Which as most people know, doesn't always happen.
I thought this project was going to be a hassle, but I could see that the crew knew exactly what to do and they were done and cleaned up by 6:45 PM the same day. I even received great training on how to operate the thermostat from Tito.
The Finance plan was very competitive (actually better than some others) and only took a few minute to complete.
I have already referred Suncoast Air and Mark to my neighbor and my chiropractor and recommended they not waste time getting 5 estimates like I did. :-)
