Rick is the most honest heat & AC guy out there. In January our heat stopped working. Rick came out & told us we had a good unit (15 years old); we just needed a part. His price was reasonable & he fixed the heat. Works perfectly.Then at the end of April our AC worked but wasn't cooling. We lost Rick's card so we called a couple of the 5 star local AC folks. Both said we needed a new system telling us our system was 15 years old & most only last 10-12 years. My wife found Rick's card so we called him. Turns out we needed a new fan motor & refrigerant. Works perfectly; for $5,500 less than the other guys. If you need heat or AC repair, call Rick. He's the best!

I don't even know where to begin. Rick isn't just a professional and knowledgeable AC contractor, he is also a very kind person. I called Rick randomly after finding him on google maps. I had been trying to install a mini split AC myself and was running into a few problems. Rick was the SEVENTH hvac contractor I contacted and the ONLY ONE to help me. He completely walked me through everything I was having trouble with and even had me send him pictures of my unit so that he could better understand my situation. All of this at no cost! What a great guy. Although he did not service my system, I can tell that he is an incredibly knowledgeable contractor and all around nice guy! No way he'd rip someone off. HIGHLY recommended!!

Rick did repair our AC fan control board on his first visit. He had to come a second time to fix his repair: he'd wired his repair so the AC would not turn off when it reached the bottom temperature set at the thermostat (set to 71 but had to turn off by hand at 66). But he did come. 4 days later, we had symptoms very similar to the first problem: no cold air. This time there was also straining sounds when the AC came on. My husband called Rick 3 times, I called once (thinking a different phone number might be answered), and we also got one of his workers to text him. If you're not going to help us, tell us so we won't waste time waiting for a response. If you can't (or won't) do the repair, give us another referral or at least don't blow us off.

Rick did repair our AC fan control board. However he had to return to fix his repair because he had wired it so that the AC wouldn't turn off, even if it reached the lowest temperature programed into the thermostat. But he did repair it and stuff happens. But 4 days later, the AC quit again. (Still not angry at this.) We got upset when he failed to return any calls: 3 from my husband, 1 from me (thinking calling from a different number might work) and a text from one of his workers telling him we were trying to get a hold of him. We would understand if he couldn't or wouldn't do the repairs. But tell us -- and if you have a referral, even better. But don't blow us off (especially when it's over 95°). That's what makes angry customers.
