Barone's Flowers

I ordered four different flower arrangements for my wifes birthday. They were all perfect. Spoke to Natalie when placing my order and she was great assisting me. I definitely will do my future floral business with Barones as we were all wowed with the freshness, creativity, speediness and the delivery (delivery person was great going back to vehicle for each arrangement and saying another delivery for Mrs Nelson lol).

Worst experience ever! I ordered a flower arrangement for my niece's birthday. The email said that the arrangement was going to be delivered between 12noon - 5pm. I kept calling the office from 12noon to 5pm to confirm delivery time - Business phone was never answered and the the arrangement was never deliver. I never received a phone call or an email explaining what was the issue or an apology. Eventually, I asked my niece to go in person, and ask them to refund my credit card.

Barones really took care of me ! After dealing with another local shop in Hollister and being treated like Garbage,I went here and I am floored by the professionals that help me thru a last minute order after the other local shop cancelled my order by email and didnt even bother to call me. I often buy flowers and now this place is my favorite! Thank you
