        Worst experience ever! I placed an online order, flowers never arrive, business phone was never answered. Last December 2020 I order a flower arrangement for my niece's birthday. The email said that the arrangement was going to be delivered between 12noon - 5pm. Right after 12noon I called the office to confirm delivery time & kept calling till 5pm - no one answer the phone all day long. The arrangement was never deliver. I never even received a phone call or an email explaining why did that happened. I had to ask my niece to go in person, and ask them to refund my credit card.
