I wanted to follow up on my prior review.
The owner replied and I was placed in contact with the service manager Wally Aguilar who was eager to correct the concerns I raised.
Wally had the damaged parts replaced, removed the factory camber adjustment pins, adjusted the suspension to specifications I requested and performed a factory recall work during the same visit.
I am happy with the resulting work, and James Ford is again a dealership I feel I can trust to service my performance vehicle.

When I went to James Ford I told them the type of vehicle that I ndeeded and I was shown a vehicle that was perfect for my needs. I needed a vehicle that could easily tow 7000 pounds and still have room for five or more passengers. The vehicle was used because I asked for a used vehicle. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
