I was in the area and decided to stop by for some information on a nearby property listed by this office. The nice man at the front desk was extremely helpful in providing me with additional details which helped me tremendously since I will be a first time home buyer and didnt know where to begin.
It is clear to see that employees here take pride in their work.

If your looking to buy or sell look no further. I have been a client since my first house back in the late 80's. My agent was and still is Teresa Martinez. Teresa has gone beyond her duties as our agent. She is quite knowledgeable, patient and understanding of our needs. We've bought and sold thru Teresa and every transaction has been a breeze. As a long time client I've been in the office and have had the pleasure of meeting other agents. As a client I want to see how the atmosphere is in the office and feel comfortable with my surroundings and know I'm not just dealing with Teresa, but an office with agents that are knowledgeable, caring and have respect for their clients.I have referred friends to Teresa and I know that they will be happy with her service just as I have been for so many years!

Carlos was great in helping us, as first time home buyers, find a bank that would have a suitable loan program. Before we contacted Carlos, we had a difficult time finding an agent that was willing to even try finding the best bank/loan program.
To make things even better, he took the time to first hear us out regarding the house we wanted based on our needs and financial situation. Then, he helped us make appointments, go to open houses, and more importantly, he guided us by suggesting some of the factors people tend to consider before making a final decision.
If I had to describe Carlos work with a few words, I will definitely say very honest, high quality, and based on family values.
I recommend Carlos 100% as well as his team at the office because they were always willing to help and everyone was very responsive.
