I recently began looking for a new home for my family and Brett has been great. He took the time to listen to exactly the kind of house that we are looking for and has shown us some great properties. I have a complaint to file against the agent named Kimberly Olbritch. I called the office three times. Each time I was promised the manager would get back to me. No one got back to me. I eventually visited the office, and I was told I have to contact her manger named Lucy Hollingsworth. Lucy gave me a colder shoulder and told me to contact the office assistant named Gabi. Finally Gabi is the person who listened to my story. Finally she scheduled me to have a meeting with the boss OJ on the following Monday, which is already too late to address my urgent issue.
