Let me tell you about these guys. I rented the floor grinder from homed depo thinking I could grind and epoxy the floor myself. Wrong...
I called Ray on a Sunday afternoon and after explaining my situation he came to my shop within 30 mins. He took the time to explain to me the process. Not sell me... but educate me. I had an impossible deadline. I needed 3000 feet of epoxy floors done in my precision machine shop within 7 days. He planned it out, gave me a time line and a price. Not realizing the Covid had disrupted the supply chain of the materials and the California suppliers were out. He was very upset about this. This stopped nothing. He said I will red label the materials from out of state so we can be on time..... Now other people without integrity would have changed me for that mistake... not Ray !
He held to his word ! Unlike so many other bait and switch companies nowadays who care only about the money. Not Ray he cares only about the end product and that his customer is completely satisfied.
