Everyone we met at Premier treated us well. Mostly we worked with Denise. She was exceptionally helpful and always responded to any need we had quickly and energetically. Actually everything was excellent at Premier, the product, the price, the service and the quality of the install.

Everything was top notch - from the quality craftsmanship of our new hardwood floors and carpets to the customer service and knowledgeable staff. A great shout out of thanks to Premier Flooring and in particular to our wonderful salesperson, Denise, and master carpet installer Dan, for our newly carpeted staircase. It's gorgeous and was considerably less expensive than the price quoted by Premier's competitors.

On 11/10, Steve and Daniel from Premier Flooring came all the way to Tahoe to replace my flooring after they had a last minute cancellation. Not only did they add me to the list last minute, and make the drive to Tahoe, but they went above and beyond leaving my place looking spotless. Long story short, my apartment had a huge leak that ruined my ceiling and floor. Steve and Daniel did an amazing job on my laminate floor. It looks so much better in my place now. Steve and Daniel were both so polite and professional. They wanted to ensure I was happy before they left. During a difficult time at my home, they helped make the situation much better. Highly recommend Premier Flooring! Fingers crossed you get to work with Steve and Daniel! Huge thank you to them!
