I had a disappointing experience at Tilly's today. While we were queuing at the checkout, my girlfriend, who had been patiently waiting in line for about 10 minutes following the crowd, was told by the cashier that she wasnt in the queue and needed to line up again. This was quite frustrating as it was clear that she had been in line all along. The staff's approach was very unfriendly and it negatively impacted our shopping experience.

Terrible return policy, purchased sunglasses and was never told about items being final sale. Zero help from employees when exchanging, save your time and go somewhere with better policies and customer service.
