No customer service at all, Earlier I took an Item that I ordered online to returned it, it was new shoos, he said we cant return it 30 days past, I told him its 90 days he said we change it to 30 days, he said he is the manager, his name I believe is Taylor, he was so rude, he treat me like I am begging from him, I told him give me gift card he said no, only thing I can do to give you back less money not the total amount. ok Macys if you changed the policy you suppose to notify your customer, but they didnt, this is a way to force people to keep the item its a stealing, I will not buy anything from Macys again. Keep this way soon you will close your all stores

It's okay I can't find what I need the store not much visitors look empty and old hard to find some one to help they look old and tired

The Macy's usually have things I am looking for. They have sales. They have a nice shoe selection. It is a nice place to buy gifts.
