Blaze Pizza

i came in at 10:15pm, two workers said theyre closed trying to leave earlier and not do work. I said online said you close at 11pm. They walk to the manager or sup of the day to see if she would send us home. then they asked what we wanted and were showing attitude. The man wasnt wearing a hairnet or a hat. The girl later was brushing her hair near the food in the kitchen. Ive came here before and its never been like this unprofessional. Theres like 10 workers not doing anything. WORST EXPERIENCE!! 0/10 ALSO the girl was EATING and picking the food to eat!!!

I was told her name is THERESA: Will be taking this to blaze corporate as well. Rude will never be back at this location claims they cant use two separate transactions to redeem rewards which is a lie. Ive done it multiple times at the Roseville location. Rude big girl at the counter with an attitude working April 9 at 12:50pm. WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE she proceeds to laugh and snicker with the other employees right in front of me. I will not attempt to help you even though you have done it before, because I dont want to waste my time. EXACTLY WHAT SHE TOLD ME . She told me helping a customer is a waste of her time???? Who the hell says that I was friendly to her there was no reason for her tone and disrespect. I have never experienced such attitude and rude behavior from blaze. Avoid this location its not the same experience that blaze holds up to. Just ask the other employees on shift how rude, loud and aggressive she was acting. Everyone else got quiet when she said it.

Came at 9:30 (30 minutes before closing). Stood in line for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from staff. Then they came up to us to tell that they cant serve us because online orders take priority.

I had a wonderful experience here. The brunette with the pigtails was especially kind and customer friendly. The pizza she made me was delicious!

The Gold River Blaze Pizza location is just awesome! They hand wrote a note and free desert! Super friendly, and top of it location! And dont forget super tasty pizza! What is not to love about this spot! I had a great experience ordering in via the Blaze app!
