I have been a long time weekly customer and been quite happy with them until today. I ordered a pizza online but when I arrived to pick up my pizza at the scheduled time, the doors were locked and the lights were off. There was no notice that they were shutting down. I tried calling them many times and there was no answer. Maybe they are going out of business? I don't know. I left a voice message with Papa Murphy's corporation and have not heard back from them. All I want is my pizza or a refund. Tomorrow I will try the store on Olson Drive. Maybe they will have an answer for me. If not, I will call my bank and ask them to reverse the charges.

Hi-ya!Stopped in to pick up a couple of pizzas the other day and the 2 employees I saw were very polite, professional and just working hard.The store was clean, the gal the rang me up spoke with a clear voice and direction.  And the guy making the pie got my order (and many others) done reasonably fast.I did a pickup and to be honest don't tip for pickup generally, but tipped because I felt compelled to for some reason.  We did. A lot of tipping while Covid was in full swing, but here it felt right ok.  Good staff whoever owns this location.  Their training was good, or you got super lucky to have good staff.

I took away one star as they ran out of pineapple toppings. They are 30 seconds away from a major grocery store and couldn't get a pineapple? They were quick in making it and you bake It yourself. It came out good.
Parking: It's in a large shopping center so there is plenty of parking.

Staff was friendly and the service was fast! The guy was there by himself but you wouldn't know it! I diffently will be back!
