The receptionists always seem like they would rather be home, and not working. They get the job done, but they do not know much about customer service. They seem bored with their job. That’s California for you.

the doctors I've seen have good intentions but the HMO care management by Lakeside/Regal management company is terrible.  I never felt like a 2nd class citizen until I moved across town and had to chose a doctor at Keck USC Verdugo hills - (then I switched and had similar problems at Glendale Memorial). 5 week wait to see an ortho for an injury then low quality facilities and staff once I got there (Glendale Memorial)

Called their office on accident today. The receptionist was rude and demeaning. I can't imagine her speaking to any patient

1st I want to point out my doctor is wonderful Dr. Watkins he's the best! The office staff is incompetent! Terrible listening skills the medical Assistant incompetent. Every single time I call to get a refill on a medication I have to call back two days later to find out why it has not been submitted! Every time!! It's because they didn't do it but they always have an excuse. I asked them to send refills for my husband to our mail order pharmacy I get a message saying they didn't know where to send his prescription so they sent it to a mail order pharmacy we no longer have an account with. I GAVE THESE PEOPLE THE NAME OF THE PHARMACY!! OMG!!! They don't listen they don't pay attention they just don't care!! So know I have to call back tomorrow! Give them the info again!! I'm so sick of this!! I have already complained to the supervisor obviously the staff could careless because they keep doing the same thing.

The worst e.r I've been to I was in excruciating pain and I left there with tears in my eyes from so much pain they offered me Tylenol and ibuprofen script to take home they had flagged my name in the system not to be given any pain killers because I had the same thing happen the time before how I ended up there again because the ambulance could only take me there I have no history of drug use. And they lied to me and told me , my name is flagged in all the e.rs around here. When I checked with insurance company they had no records of that in another words they didn't want me get help from another hospital. The doctors have big ego and no compassion at all. A registered nurse calls two days later asks me about their services I told her the truth and she was rude no compassion or understanding so ever. If you have an emergency don't call the ambulance do your best to get yourself to st Joseph in Glendale or Burbank or even Sherman oaks but not there they won't help you. And I made a mistake took my wife for an abses and she is on diluted which is equivelant to heroin and they put in her medical report that she is a heroin user and that caused us huge problem with her pain management doctor prescribing her Med which is diluted. Overall egotistic, incompetent bunch of doctors run the place .please do yourself a favor and stay away. Thanks for listening.
