Women's Center at Dignity Health - Glendale Memorial Hospital

My doctor was great. This review is about the facility, not the doctor. Prepare to pay much more than the estimated cost they provide you with each visit. Their billing department will add hospital bed charge to each visit, which will increase your copayment dramatically, about four times of estimated. Not sure why they even provide and make you sign the estimated cost, if it is so inaccurate. Their phone billing support is outside of country, and not able to resolve any issues. They are billing for a hospital bed, even you are not hospitalized, just because their facility is located next to the hospital.

Physician Petrikovets, Andrey MD was such an amazing doctor. He did my bladder surgery and I was 100% satisfied. I recommend him.

I dont know who the reception was but he was a guy for sure. He gave me the biggest attitude, he literally told me everyone remembers theyre appointment I dont know about you. He was being so rude instead of apologizing hes giving me attitude as if I run the office. Absolutely no help I have a serious condition I need to see the doctor and the soonest appointment they can give me is in 2 months from When I called. Im already having a bad experience I dont even want to walk into that clinic.
