        PLEASE ENCOURAGE THE BARISTAS TO READ AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE WHITE STICKER LABEL FOR THE DRINKS. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino with Soy milk and I noticed the female barista was busy socializing with 2 customers while preparing the drinks and I happen to see her putting regular milk instead of Soy milk which I specifically requested when I ordered. Thank God I was paying attention to how my drink was being prepared before she handed it to me and I kindly told her I ordered it with soy milk because Im allergic to regular milk! She prepared it for me but she should be paying attention to the drink order labels more!
