        I ordered lunch here for the first time today using the convenient self-ordering kiosk. My friends love this place and I was looking forward to using a gift card I had received. Around 5 minutes in to my wait, I was informed that they were out of my order. The staff was incredibly apologetic and comped me a free sandwich (worth much more than the small nibbles I had ordered) and a free drink. Ive worked in the service industry before and its hard to tell a customer youre out of something. This staff is well-trained, professional, and quick to right wrongs. Very glad I came- cant wait to come back!
