This is an excellent service. The technician came and quickly diagnosed the problem. He thoroughly checked over the appliance and was very helpful in getting things running again. He was extremely courteous and a pleasure to have here. I would recommend this service and use it again.

Mark was exceptional. Not only did he fix my issue, but he walked me through what had happened and how to prevent future issues. He was on time, delivered excellent customer service and I understood the issue and how to prevent it from happening again in the future. Can't get much better than that!

I purchased a new fridge in February 2021 from Kenmore. Since then, my wife and I noticed it wasn't cooling as indicated on the programmable temperature indicated and stopped making ice about a month ago. So we called the kenmore warranty and was transferred to sears home services. We were able to get a tech that same day and he determined our compressor was slowly failing. He wasnt properly trained in replacing this specific part, his words, so he would schedule us another repair that week. That was the 19th of june. Since then sears home services has continually given me the run around on the repair. That second repair tech never showed so they rescheduled us another week later. When that tech showed up he did not even do simple diagnostics on the fridge or even know what was the problem. He had no parts available to do a repair so why was he even sent out? So we had ANOTHER repair sent out which rescheduled once again for another week. So far its been 3 weeks waiting and I am still putting blocks of ice in my freezer to make sure everything stays cool. At this point I am considering legal action due to the nature of the circumstances. I do not really see another option. Stay away from these kenmore fridges model 51833. They are known to fail due to having parts being knowingly manufactured by LG, parts that are not up to working order. And stay away from sears repairs. The name used to mean quality 20 years ago but that has changed significantly. I hope my experiences help others. Service: Freezer repair
