        We had a Whirlpool refrigerator with a freezer drawer that was leaking and creating a block of ice, preventing us from closing the freezer door. We were able to get someone out next morning and fixed it right away. Great and speedy service!

        I called 5 times in order to try to reach the repair technician who came out a few weeks ago and provided a diagnostic appointment for my 78 year-old mother. Despite assurances from the people who answered my calls, no one called us back (until recently) to provide us with the necessary information to continue with the repair of her GE refrigerator. Update: I spoke to Harry (a manager) this morning who apologized, and seems to have remedied the situation (yes, it's the correct company- this is most assuredly not a "fake post"-you have my info, and my mother's info on file). I appreciate the customer service. Thank you!

I think you are dealing with different company and i would ask you not to publish fake information about our company. Our company has a great reputation and very professional customer support team. Which you can see in our profile. This is not the best way of competition.
