I've only had great experiences here. All the bankers and tellers have been so helpful and makes me feel welcomed particularly by Michelle and Charisse. They remember us by name! Yes, lines can be long at certain hours and they might be short staffed, but I feel that is not the bank's fault. Only regret is I wish I have found US bank sooner.

the most UNFRIENDLY people you can ever talk to. this bank should close down if they cannot find better staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. customers deserve- period! attention management
