DVO Plumbing Services

Downgraded from 5 stars because they installed wrong air conditioner unit. I paid for variable speed multi stage unit but they installed single stage unit. I have called them about the error 3 times but they keep saying they will send someone out. Previous 5 star review: Long time customer. They recently installed new var speed HVAC. Working good. Don't care for thermostat... Very small print.

We had an issue with our plumbing backing up. We were pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service we received by Drazen. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked swiftly and efficiently. We have home warranty and they are giving the run around. It shouldn't take 24 - 48 hours to get emergency help with your plumbing when you are paying monthly for the service. We will be canceling that service and signing up for yearly service with Cole Plumbing Services. At least we know we can utilize the service when we need it. Thank you, The Nixon's

I called Cole Services early this morning because I had some lines that were clogged up and Cole's told me that they couldn't get to me until sometime between 1 and 4 pm and they called me sometime after 10am and said they would be coming within the next hour and when a Employee by the name of Drazen showed up he thoroughly checked all of the lines and he explained very clearly to me of what was causing the back up and what needed to be done to fully clear out the line and what the cost was going to be to do so which Cole's help us out a lot I would recommend Cole's Services to anyone that would need any plumbing and heating service!.
