I had an appointment with Coles heating and air yesterday. My technician was Raul and he answered all my questions and explained in detail what he was going to be doing. I like it when I get a technician who will take the time to do that. Raul was not only patient he was knowledgeable and kind. He also made sure he cleaned up after himself. My air conditioning unit works beautifully now.

You ask them to come out to diagnose your broken unit & all you get is a yup its broken alright .
And on top of that the technician wasnt even qualified to fix the unit even after requesting someone that was. Only reason why we agreed to move forward with them

Highly recommended. The call center was very polite and professional. The appointment was made promptly for the next morning and Carlos arrived on time. Carlos was great. He was smiling and very nice and we even chatted about music. Work was done quickly and my sink drains like new. I will call Cole Services for all of my plumbing needs!

Called in and spoke with Jen, she was very informative and helpful. I booked my appointment fairly quick and got a technician out to resolve my problem with my air conditioning. Will definitely be using them for any future services. Service: A/C system repair
