Terrible attention from the night receptionist with a rude attitude, for not wanting to give an extra set of towels for a 5-day stay. It is the first time that someone from the staff has this attitude, I have been staying here 4 times with my husband and the receptionists were always friendly until today. For those actions of the staff we will not return. Note: the reservation for the stay was in my husband's name. Good excuse to say that I was not a guest to justify the terrible attention given

If you appreciate staying in a clean room then I would definitely recommend that you steer clear of this hotel. The photos on their booking sites are quite deceptive. The rooms have stained floors and couches and worst of all the bed sheets were covered with stains as well. I have stayed in many older hotels in the South and the East coast so I understand that not all things are going to be perfect and new but I would expect that if they are going to replace bedding when need be. The sheets were covered with stains to the point where we had to leave and find another hotel. The check in clerk was kind but beyond that this is not a place I would bring my family to stay.
Rooms: Gross.

Good stay for the value. Location is convenient for Disneyland or Vietnam Town either way. There is a fas station and AM/PM right next to it so very convenient to grab snacks or drinks. Easy on and off from highway 22.
