This is a great place to stay. I was there for a conference in the middle of a cheerleader competition. When I say the staff in this place is great. Will be back!

Was told the parking is included for two rooms we had so we ended up parking our cars at the hotel. Ended up being charged, called them and were waived one charge only after heated discussion as one-time courtesy. I asked to review the cameras to confirm that we were promised the free parking, and the person who checked us in, they lied saying they did and did not confirm that (I know it takes some time to pull up cameras, definitely not 30-40 minutes as we were speaking). I kept calling them and they put me on hold. These people have very high ego and attitude, dont stick to their words. Had I known Id be charged for parking, Id park somewhere else for cheaper/free, but I ended up parking at hotel because they explicitly confirmed it was included since we already paid 220$ a night for a room. Overall terrible service
