I bought a battery in Sept of 2020 ,,it just recently failed ,,I waited in The long line like everyone else ,,when time for my turn I asked a simple question ,,can you please look up when my warranty expired ,,the woman cant tell if she was old or young but she was definitely rude,,she looked up my account and she said the system had no recollection of my battery ,,and made a comment are you sure you bought it here ,,and made the rude comment because theres other stores and named the stores theres auto zone, Napa ,,etc,,, Im like yes I bought it here its a OReilly Brand ,,then shes like well its not in system let me help the rest of customers and the. Ill get to you ,,by that time there was lime10 people behind me ,,waited and waited until i finally left and went to buy a battery else where one employee are kool but some just have preferred and social for others,, looked like she was having the laughing contest on the phone ,,this was the location on Harbor and Westminster,,my question is why ask for phone number if the dont reward anything cant find nothing ,,and at same time give you an additional audited ,,Ill rather source my parts out instead of going to this location again

The young man who assisted me was very friendly and explained the warranty very well. I bought a battery for a 2007 Corolla.

On weekends there should be more people helping, you have to wait up to 1 hour to pay for a gallon. Of oil
