Fake review

This is another review from the very same rude customer Wilson Tran using another account from his same location. This customer cussed and yelled at us claiming his order was three weeks late when in truth it was ordered less than two weeks from the day this review was made. Also, our website says 1-5 business days for processing which would mean his order was still within our processing time. After two profanity laced phone calls from this customer, and not letting us speak, we hung up on him and cancelled the order he placed.

Yes our Type S exhaust for the S2000 was publicly made after Japan ASM discontinued exhaust. Over 15 years ago it’s been gone. We brought it back for the new gen of owners to enjoy since Japan has long since abandoned the S2000. Without companies like us to follow the work, the S2000 will die out. We have no shame in offering the public affordable quality products. What have you done globally to support the cause? I am the owner and thus I can run my business however I see fit. 13 years and still going. Nothing hasn’t been said about me or my company. Love us or hate us. Just hope to you never need anything from us.

This person Wilson Tran placed an order from us on Saturday 11/25. Customer called us today and asked us why his order was three weeks late... today is 12/07, less than two weeks from the day he placed his order. We apologized to him for the delay in sending it out and explained to him it was not late the length of time he mentioned, and the reason for the delay was due to us receiving the wrong shipping supplies from our supplier, and since the item purchased is a fragile item, it can't be shipped out until we receive the needed shipping supplies. We spoke to him calmly and apologized multiple times, and tried to remedy the issue all while him raising his voice, cussing us out, and speaking over us. We offered to cancel the order, and his own words were "did I f**king say I wanted to f**king cancel my order?" After two heated phone calls from this person, and not being able to calm him down to resolve the issue, we decided to refund his payment, and cancel his order.
