I started my insurance with an agent in the Sacramento area and I wanted to find a local agent just in case something ever happened I could walk into the office and speak to them personally. I am the kind of person who prefers to have a personal relationships with whoever I'm doing business with. With that being said I could not have found a better group of people to work with. Rodney is very patient he's kind and his clients are his priority. I would highly recommend Rodney and his staff. They have always been very kind and polite. I also referred my sister and she appreciates his customer service and class also. Nationwide is a great insurance company and I'm happy I found the right agent here in Fresno.

I would have to say my insurance agent Julie Franklin/Hess is absolutely honest and very helpful. She listened to exactly what I was looking for beat my insurance I had and got much better coverage. This is a beautiful office and would recommend any of my friends here. They go above and beyond. They are honest and can beat quotes. Best insurance I've ever had!! NATIONWIDE IS ON MY SIDE!! THANKS JULIE
