        It is difficult to find representation that truly is responsive, ‘hands-on’ and provides “old school” customer service that takes the work away from me and handles my concerns well. I am in the construction related field and Shann handles performance bonds, payment bonds, course of construction coverage for my clients as well. I have yet to find a place where I can get EVERYTHING in one place and done exemplary! Highly recommend! Side note- I fussed about costs and my “long term” relationships with other companies (25 plus years with some) honestly...there wasn’t any relationship I had fallen for the marketing ploy that I actually receive some benefit from years of patronage. FAKE! Geico, Travelers, Assurant, Progressive and AAA don’t compare to PERSONAL SERVICE!!! Thanks Shann and Team!
