Martinizing Cleaners

After they change their name everything has gone down hill. I drop five dress shirts , four can back with stains that were not there in the first place. One of them is ruined … all the staff is new , they have no idea what they are doing.

This is a new cleaners to me. Rose the seamstress has repaired 2 of my cashmere sweaters and done an absolute beautiful job. She was honest and said you will be able to see where I repaired it. Well in my opinion you can't see it and I am very pleased. I have had a handmade crocheted blanket cleaned there and was nervous on how it may turn out. They let me know when it would be ready. I told them I needed it sooner fora gift, so they got it done for me)).They give quality service at a reasonable price and they care!!!

They ripped one of our garments and then tried to claim that it came in that way. I don't think so! They then offered to have their alterations person sew it but then when I went to pick it up, they tried to charge me for it.
