I just experienced the worse customer service, yesterday I picked up my coat and notice it was still DIRTY! I let the owner know, she let me know to pick up the next day. She did not apologize for the inconvenience. Before I left, I made sure to pay for it, which was OVERPRICED to clean one coat. Before I left, I asked the owner to write paid on the receipt, so theres no issues when I come back. Today I picked up my coat and the lady tried charging me again after I told her several time, I had paid for it yesterday and its written on the receipt. She even called the Owner and said I had not paid for it. I asked to look at the cameras I had paid for it!! After arguing with her she said! Oh, I remember she did paid for it!!!!! DONT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!! MY COAT STILL DIRTY!!!!! WILL NOT BE BACK!!! Wish I had read all the bad reviews 1st before spending my money on this HORRIBLE place!!!!

Brought a pair of pants in that had sat in water for about 12+ hours when my washing machine broke, they had a blue tint and lint STUCK I could not get off, they restored them within 2 days! I took them to Millers Dry Cleaning originally and they turned me away with one look sadly, the lady said there wasnt anything she could do, even after I asked just for her to LOOK at them, she wouldnt. I didnt have high hopes taking them in there, I just wanted to know my options. The lady at the front desk here immediately listened to me when I showed her and asked, she told me shed try, so thankful for just that, but she blew it out of the park ! Great great work will definitely return
