I have been a long-time customer and was always happy with the customer service. During the pandemic, they had a staff change and the service had dropped off so bad that I was debating on going back. However, I had a problem with my car and decided to give them one more chance points were gained when I was able to set up an appointment and when I came in I was not turned away and given an excuse as to what they couldn't take my car. I was happy with the professionalism of the Service Manager and that they were able to give me an honest assessment of how long it would take to repair my car and still at a good price. Keep up the good work I am happy to see that you can recover and deliver outstanding customer service. Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance
