    I went to the dealership because I was under the impression that they will work with me and help me to put me in a car. And I understand it's a very busy dealership however they prioritize their customers based on "who's got the most money and will get the biggest commission from the sale." I spent 3 hours there just to keep getting the run around. I'm tired of these dealership salesman acting like they want to help but all they do is play people.

    My car was towed here free of charge through Hyundai Car Care for a flat tire and a concern I had of that wheel's valve stem not allowing air in, which I noted on the paperwork when I dropped off the vehicle. I was only quoted one option for a tire replacement that would take five days, despite the finalized paperwork later falsely stating they had told me of a cheaper & faster option. They also did not notice there was an issue with the valve stem I mentioned which resulted in a further delay in which I could not commute regularly to work. After having my car here for over a week & past their second estimated pickup date, I had only received four texts from Joshua Mills, Service Advisor. Joshua never replied to my last text regarding when my vehicle would be ready after simply stating a colleague of his would reach out to me, which they never did. I made repeated calls through the dealership service center trying to get into contact with someone about the status of my vehicle. This resulted in me being transferred twice before reaching number which promptly stated I could not leave a voicemail, and hung up on me. I just had to show up at the service center and wait nearly an hour for someone to realize my vehicle was ready to be picked up, and wait for them to put together an inaccurate report on the service performed on my vehicle. It was incredibly insulting to read that they wrote that my vehicle could've been ready sooner and cheaper despite them not providing me with the information they said they did. After, again, not being contacted that my vehicle was ready and requiring me to show and ask employees what was going on. I realize I should've forgone the free towing and just taken my car to a tire shop but I decided to trust this dealership as they had performed service on this vehicle before, and this should've been a relatively simple and quick matter to resolve. I have learned my lesson and will not be taking my vehicle here anymore, as I do not have any confidence in this service center to fix anything more serious or communicating to customers in a timely manner or at all.

    I have purchased two vehicles from this place, actually used my first vehicle as a trade in on my second vehicle and even after doing this, the customer service is still the exact same,,, null and void.. Of course they are thrilled about accepting your money but after that good luck with anything else,,, calling and trying to get anyone to call you back is an absolute joke. Should I name and shame??? Maria,,,, Karine,,,, I have repeatedly called and apparently when they say they will return messages that is just more hot air being spewed, you would hope for better customer service from a business that deals with a high volume of people regarding major purchases,,, sadly not the case here. I feel it's just about doing the bare minimum. Rinse and repeat the next day. Where is the pride of doing a job well??? Nonexistent at this business.

    I purchased a BRAND NEW 2022 car from here. Ive been to Lexus, Toyota, and Acura, Ive never had service like what I got from lithia Hyundai service department. I purchased a brand new 2022 car august of 2022. I added the additional charge to get oil changes 2x a year. I wanted to schedule an oil change early December 2022 to avoid my car from being sluggish and to avoid how busy they were going to probably be going into the new year. My mileage was at 5.5k miles. They told me I wasnt able to schedule an oil change until my car was at 7k miles. I said alright I guess Ill wait. Well when my car started to reach 6k. I called again. I told them my car was feeling sluggish. They told me they can schedule an appointment for a diagnostic, but I would have to cover the charge for that. WHAT?!! I purchased my car brand spanking new from their showroom! Anyway, They still recommended I wait wait until 7k miles to change my oil and to see how my car was going to go from there. Ok FINE. I waited until my car read 7k miles. I called on Jan 3rd to schedule an oil change. The next available appointment was going to be the 19th! So my car is SUPERRR sluggish now. I have no power getting on the freeway. My gas is diminishing into thin air every time I push on the gas. So now I wait. Come Jan 19th, we get there at 7:15am. My appointment is at 7:30am. Garage is closed 4 cars are ahead of me. My car isnt checked in until 8:45am. My fianc told the service representative how my car was feeling sluggish, she said that one of their techs would be able to help, but we would have to come back a different day. Turns out a tech was able to go on a test drive with my fianc. I couldnt stay because I had class. I didnt think that oil change was going to take that long since I had an appointment. After test driving, got the oil changed, and them resetting my transmission, my fianc was out of there by 10:45am. The woman helping us told my fianc, good news I was able to charge the service through Hyundai financial. What is that supposed to mean? I was definitely not going to my for my oil change today. I made that clear when I scheduled the service and when we got there. I highly recommend to avoid adding that extra charge for complementary oil changes when purchasing your brand new vehicle. I felt pressured to add it and I shouldnt have. I will be taking my car where I take my other cars. The oil will be synthetic not whatever they put in my car this first(definitely last) visit. I will not be waiting every 7-8k miles to change my oil. That didnt not sound right at all. I dont know why I waited. My car is still feeling weird. And now I dont know what to do. ON TOP OFF ALL THAT, my car was not washed nor was it vacuumed. This is the only time Ive ever encountered a dealership not cleaning my car after an oil change. Maybe because I didnt pay for my service today? Does it matter? I added the $500-$700 to my purchase price when I came to buy the vehicle. The service here is ridiculous. My parents purchased their car here as well years ago and thats why I decided to come. My parents have been coming here for years. My dad wasnt shocked at the service I received at the service department. He said everyone is new and they dont care about their customers anymore. Smh. What a disappointment!
