Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

This company in my opinion practices in fraudulent and deceptive business practices! If you need body work on your car, it is my suggestion you go somewhere else! I was promised my car would be ready in a month and it's been two and it's still not ready! I was told the guy working on my car doesn't know how to put the motor mount on! My car only had one section of bodywork to be repaired and my whole front has been torn apart and two months later looks worst then when I brought it in and the list of issues and problems goes on! I recommend a more experienced and professional body shop! It really is in my opinion cheap and horrible work! I give it a zero if I could! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very disappointed ,Painted the car a different color. Painted the car a different color But I signed the disclaimer, So they could not do nothing. Did not realize what I signed,color was not what I picked. I paid $2,300 Did not get any discount or nothing said if I wanna repaint will be additional 1,100...

Estimater was a little abrupt to worker which I believe is the GM's daughter. I also had a second Estimate done and you can not primer then paint a textured product it will chip. Then say I can try especially when I would've been charged $120. Overall from Estimater was not a great experience her tone and knowledge was not professional.

My cost is about 2k, got a 10% discount card which supposedly have 200 taken off but ended up paying a little over 2,100. They said I got a little more than 300 off but it seems I'm charged that 300. They got me good on that. The paint job is 5 out of 10. Some areas has no gloss, some areas the paint didn't blend or has chip which they blame on debris or dust. I should've known better when I read bad reviews about maaco. Never again and would not recommend for anyone paying as much as I did. Service: Painting

Customer service is horrible. Service rep couldn't tell the difference between the right fender and the left fender. Management did not return my call. Paid 6000.00 and they couldn't even clean the car when done. Painted rubber seals that should have been masked. Didn't do what they said they would do. Mistakes in the body work from dents not removed to trim not replaced. Caused a problem in the motor and the car doesn't run right. Didn't record mileage and I suspect my car was driven, but I can't prove it. I Would never take a vehicle to this Maaco if I wanted a professional paint job. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
