The people are very friendly and know there job. Prices are good and if they don't have a part most of the time they can have it there the next day.

I bought a supposedly brand new "Super Start" brand battery from this O'Reilly at 1401 N Blackstone Ave for my wife's Honda Accord and was told by the Store MGR it was a 3 year battery. Well he was off by 2 years and 11 months because that battery was completely dead 1 month later when yesterday morning my wife went out to start it up to go to work. Luckily I had a spare and as soon as my spare Duralast battery touched those terminals... Voila! Car went right back to full power. So I know for sure that "Super Start" battery this O'Reilly sold me(which is way overpriced for basically a no name brand) is defective. I go back and I talk to an employee and when I tell him what happened then right away he starts making silly excuses like "the rain possibly caused it to drain". I was like, really? Then he tested it and claimed it had the proper voltage. So I knew I would get nowhere with that guy, he literally didn't know what to do. So I asked for the store Manager. He told me the store MGR would be in the next day from 7:30am to 4pm. So I said I'll be back the next day. So I did just that and went in the next day and of course the MGR is not there. Just a guy who said he's the assistant mgr. Well there was nothing Managerial about this guy because he literally didn't know how to handle a warranty situation either. So they then claim the MGR is out until next Wednesday and there's nobody in the store who can help me with a warranty situation. My battery I paid over 250 bucks for died 1 month later. I go back to the store and it's full of idiots that don't know what to do. Unbelievable. I ask this "assistant mgr" how I can do a warranty claim for the defective battery I bought from his store and he said he didn't know. How the hell was he made an assistant manager? So all they can tell me is come back next Wednesday and talk to the Manager. I honestly was cool and wasn't mad at all until their employees started playing stupid, trying to insult my intelligence with the silliest excuses for their defective battery and just took zero steps to rectify the situation. Felt like they just wanted me to leave with the bad battery they sold me like its suddenly gonna start working when I already tested it myself on the actual car. I swear this is the first time in my life I ever wrote a review of any kind, only because I've never dealt with worse customer service anywhere. They just did not give a fudge at all. Sad
