I am building a house and my windows have been subject to rain and flooding because of a crappy contractor - SP is sending out someone to determine if the windows are still under warranty despite my sending video that the doors have been in standing water the better part of 6 weeks as the roof was slanted toward the windows/sliding doors. The problem is the contractor is the 'customer'. I'm just the home owner with windows that are starting to warp...
