We got a sunroom built by Omar and his team at Sunshine sunroom about 3 years ago.   At first, I thought Sunshine sunroom did a wonderful job. Omar was always responsive and prompt and even helped us with other projects throughout the house.  Never had any problems. To this day, we enjoy the sunroom and use it regularly.  But time tells a whole different story.  It turns out the quality of construction may not be up to par.  Three years after the sunroom, the corner paneling is coming off in at least two places.  There are now big gaps between the siding and the paneling where the screws are coming loose.   It makes me wonder about the long-term durability of the sunroom.  I have reached out to Omar about the problem, but unfortunately he hasn't responded  Given this, I wouldn't recommend Omar or sunshine sunrooms.  We know people who have had sunrooms for nearly 30 years and have never had this problem.

Amazing experience with Omar and Sunshine sunrooms. I'm very particular when it comes to home projects and they didn't disappoint. Each step of the process was done well and in a timely manner. Don't bother looking elsewhere. Price was close to others but he is local so support your local businesses!

I have been looking for someone to make a Sunroom in the old patio area, got a few quotes and couple of them advised to build a extension room instead of Sunroom. Me and my wife always wanted a sun room with lot of windows. Then came Omar from Sunshine Sunroom and gave a quote, I had a competitive quote from another vendor and Omar was ready to match them. Yes finally I got a good deal form them.Then he gave a step by step process of what would be done and when. He was very prompt in getting people on site in time and they always did the job pertaining to code. Yes this project was completely approved as we had three inspections from Fremont City. All in all a great experience and I would recommend Omar from Sunshine Sunroom to my friends for their projects.

We made an EXCELLENT choice of choosing Sunshine Sunroom to replace our old Sunroom. Omar was great from first day he came in as he explained and detailed the entire process - what is needed, and how long it will take to finish the job. He was polite, respectful, and honest in every phase of the project. His price was reasonable, and his work was super professional. Highly recommended, and will use him again for any future Sunrooms projects.

Decided to build a Sunroom between my living and family room which was previously a flat area. Checked various contractors who were pretty over priced.  We were not completely sure why we chose Omar from Sunshine Sunroom to build our Sunroom ,  probably because of his reasonable estimate and detailed explanation and scope of work that covered a lot of things compared to other contractors. This was a good decision for me and my wife - never had to follow up , Omar always kept us informed of when and what was going to happen. Was very respectful in his interactions , did small extra stuff without too much fuss and delivered a beautiful Sunroom for our family that we expect to enjoy for a long time.The project included - design ,build and inspection of the structure as well as electrical work. Omar - thank you for the honesty , transparency and getting the work done with great quality.
