I also got a great deal from Groupon and had 3 of the 6 laser treatments done (last one done in June), but now I also get the recorded message and no response to trying to schedule the rest. The treatments were fine, but I think they've folded up shop and left town. At least on a per-treatment basis the money wasn't a total waste. Sorry for others who didn't get that chance. Unfortunately, sometimes deals are too good to be true.

This location is closed. I used my groupon once for laser treatment. They redeemed it and they've closed their office and moved elsewhere on the next appointment. No phone calls nothing. Don't fall for this scam.

I spent over $300 for a groupon from this place and when I called to schedule an appointment, I got an automated message (from someone in Southern California), stating that they'll get back to me! The system also sends me a text message (w/an email address attached) but after I replied via text & email I still got no response from them! I've been calling them for over 2 weeks now, and they still haven't respondedDid these guys just swindle me for over $300? I live in Sacramento but I guess I'll need to drive there this weekend and confront them. Don't get swindled by them!!!

If I can rate this place a negative 5, I would. Like most of the reviews that I've read, mine is very similar. I was cancelled 6 or 7 times, 2 times I was cancelled within 1 hour of my appointment. I was always told some tale why they needed to cancel me. I told them that I didn't want to return to them and that I wanted my money back, I was told that they will refund my money and asked for my credit card number. I gave them my credit card number and waited for the transaction to come through, after five days I still did not get my refund so I had to call my bank to dispute the charges. I have never seen such an unorganized place.

I hate leaving poor reviews. But when its important, I speak my honest truth. This place rescheduled my appointment 4 times! They could call to confirm my appointment, then on the day of the appointment, call me and say the doctor wasn't available that day. To be fair, it wasn't always a same day cancellation. This office is so hard to reach to schedule an appointment. Most times, the answering machine picked up and you have to leave a message, and perhaps someone will call you back a few days later. I bought a groupon for botox and decided to try it out. I've always wanted to try botox and figured it was a good deal. Once the botox took effect, i noticed 1 eyebrow was higher than the other. I did a little research and learned that asymmetric eyebrows can happen when the injector is careless, but luckily the problem can be fixed by strategically placing a little more botox on the uneven side. I tried to schedule a revision appointment and took me WEEKS to get a hold of someone to finally make an appointment. The day of my appointment, I didn't end up being able to make it due to a personal reason, but I figured its already been 1.5 months since I initially got the botox and it's effects should be wearing off in another 1.5 months so i'll just deal with the uneven eyebrows. Also, i'd like to mention that another friend tried to make an appointment with this office with the same groupon and not only did it take her a few weeks to finally get a hold of someone, but when she did, they told her they didn't have anymore botox and they don't know when they will ever get anymore. Um... trying to not honor your groupon commitment?? Not cool.
