Unfortunately I tried to purchase a treatment for someone who lives locally in Fremont as they offer gift certificates on their website. Even though they did refund my money- I was told that they aren’t accepting any new “people” and that I need to live in the state to be able to use those purchases. Like I mentioned before this was purchased for a local relative and I would think that the purposes of offering gift certificates is for this exact reason? Oh well, I will take my business elsewhere! Hopefully if you already receive treatments here you are treated well but if you are looking for a new service provider, I do not recommend going here as they don’t seem to want new business.

THIS MEDICAL SPA TOPS IN MY LIST! I'm a patient of vivaMD since 2015 and had many procedures including Botox, Fillers, Laser skin resurfacing, Laser hair removal and b12 weight program. I'm very pleased with Froozan. She is very caring, professional and knowledgeable. She always listened to my need and never tried to sell anything that I did not needed. The outcome of all my treatments were absolutely the best. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHO WANTS TO HAVE THE BEST OUTCOME FOR THEIR TREATMENT/S.
