Me and my daughter took a COVID test on Friday and today (Tuesday) I recibe the supposed results and inexplicably both say unsatisfactory sample, test could not be completed. is this a joke?

Their new phone tree sending you to a person asking if its Santa Clara or Alameda is a joke. I am calling Alameda numbers. Don't put me on hold multiple times. They give you a primary care physician but don't always give you email access to your physician. This is a problem as I try to handle my disabled sons healthcare. I can't email the doctor. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a prescription refill for him. I called 3 times, emailed on mychart twice and took him in to be seen even though we are in there all of the time. YOUR SYSTEMS ARE WASTEFUL AND YOUR STAFF ARE SPENDING A LOT OF TIME ON BUSY WORK. I have found the nurses and doctors and staff in the front to be polite, competent and knowledgeable. They are just working in a semi broken system.
