ACT Acupuncture Clinic

My mom had a serious neck and back pain in the past couple days.  I took her to this clinic hoping for some reliefs.  The first phone call, I was told the treatment was 75 dollars and the new patient needed to pay extra 20 dollars.  This is not the unusual practice for Chinese clinic to charge the first time patient.  We scheduled an appointment in the afternoon.  At first, the front desk clerk told me that the new patient fee was 25 instead of 20 dollar.  I didn't want to ruin the whole appointment because of this 5 dollar discrepancy.  After the treatment, the clerk went home and the female doctor told me that there was a outpatient visit charge for another $50.... I was totally caught by surprised.  We had so many acupuncture therapies, this is the first time I felt a bit upset.  Not to mention the result of this treatment was mediocre that my mom had not felt any slight improvement.  Definitely not recommend people to try this clinic even for Chinese.

I called this woman saying I'm on my way in 10 min. It took 8 min longer due to construction.  Once I arrived, she then tells me to reschedule. My advice - call me instead of wasting my time.  Also it wad extremely difficult to park and the place didn't look safe to have a decent accupuncture

I've been to several acupuncture clinics and ACT is by far the best in cleanliness and extremely helpful. Adrian is able to help me a lot from when I first came in.

Adrian has helped me out. She's so nice and helpful. They're truly about helping people not making money out of their clients. I've been to several and they're not as genuine as Adrian

I've gone to see Adrian and Charles for different problems throughout the years, varying from muscle sprains/strains to more serious problems such as Tinnitus and they have never let me down. They are experts when it comes to this art.You can't find someone better. Charles has magic fingers and can locate pressure spots all over my body with ease. He is a genius. I always feel better a minimum 3 days after treatment. They are very very nice people.
