We used C & A Property Services for our recent kitchen renovation and we could not be happier! Chris was extremely knowledgeable, always on time,  and a very hard worker. Every day he left the work zone spotless. We can't say enough good things about this company! I had two little ones running around and it was always a safe work environment which I really appreciated. Chris pays amazing attention to detail and it is seen in his work. I was so impressed with how efficiently he got jobs done next to other workers we had used in the past. We will definitely be using them again and again for the rest of our house projects!

H e responded in a timely manner, came out and looked at the projects I wanted done.  A few days later emailed me a partial estimate and said he needed to do some research on a couple of things.  I repeatedly reached out and he never responded again.

What a nice guy. Professional, knowledgeable and worked in a timely manner. He wore his mask and got to work. My furniture was assembled well and he took the trash with him. I will use his services again. He came earlier that why was scheduled after finishing a prior job early.  Courteous. My experience was great. Thank you and I look forward to working with you again.

I needed new screens and screen doors, C & A property services came to the rescue! With the summer heat approaching I needed to be able to get some cool outdoor air to help reduce my electric bill. I'm so happy with the work Chris and the staff provided. They communicated well and I knew what to expect cost wise. Thanks so much! I will definitely use them again in the future!
