Nice Royal entrance to the apartments. Delivered food in the apartment on the ground floor. Hoping it is designed for earthquake. It has like a low vertical limit

We visited the place to see the progress in the construction, they promised to deliver my son's house in the second week of January, it seems that everything is going well . In the office, we are always received and treated with courtesy. Thanks to Lennar Homes.

I really recommend looking at another builder for new homes. We bought a new construction home at arboretum and have had issue after issue. We have purchased new construction homes in the past by other builders and have never experienced anything like this. Many of our neighbors have the same issues so its a common theme with Lennar. I just hope to bring awareness to so that other families dont have to go through the same situation. You hope that buying a new home means no major repairs will need to be made anytime soon. But that hasnt been the experience with Lennar. They find loopholes to void warranties so consumers are left paying out of pocket. Please do your research. I wish there was more protection for buyers from builders like Lennar and wish builders like Lennar be held accountable so they can stop putting consumers through this injustice.

Owning a new construction home has always been a dream. What seemed impossible just a year ago, became a reality this year in this community. I found this community when I hit a wrong turn and meant to visit Lennar at the Arboretum. I decided to come check out the model homes and quickly fell in love with the community and floor plans. The moment I walked into the office I was greeted by Cari. She is the most kind and helpful woman you will ever meet. She was so charismatic and just a joy to be around. Not once did she make me feel like I was chasing a dream. She treated me and my family like we were all one. Never once did she make us feel like we couldnt afford the home or that it was impossible. Despite being young, she took the time to answer the same questions multiple times, and really went to bat to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Cari is an unforgettable person and she will really go out of her way any day to help you. Cari is an excellent representative of Lennar. I cant thank her enough for everything she did for me and my family.
